Employee Spotlight: Greg Schiesser, Director of Dining Services

Imagine having a chef with more than 25 years of experience and countless culinary awards to his credit, who provides not just delicious but nutritious food. That’s what residents have come to expect under the leadership of the community’s Director of Dining Services. According to Chef Greg Schiesser, “Bringing people together through food is what we do.
